Ashley Donadt

Originally from the Pacific Northwest in WA state, I moved to San Diego, California in 2012, and I have called it my Equestrian paradise and home ever since. My move was inspired by my passion for horses and dressage. After working for many top barns and trainers and establishing my reputation in the area, I launched my own professional dressage training business, “Donadt Dressage”, in 2017. I had a wonderful start with my business at Fairbanks Ranch Equestrian Center, then eventually as it grew, in 2020, I relocated myself and my client’s horses to Highpoint Rancho, a beautiful top notch facility in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.

As I’ve grown my business, I also strive to grow myself and have high aspirations to become an elite international Grand Prix rider and trainer. I continue my own training with my coach and mentor, local 3x Olympic Medalist, Guenter Seidel.

Horses have always been my first passion, but my second passion from a young age has been in art and design. I primarily enjoy drawing and oil painting.  I have a keen eye and appreciation for design and the creative process so I love the opportunity I have to review and brainstorm with our team on the design of equestrian facilities taking advantage of my many years of experience in the equestrian industry.
