Rillito Downs | Tucson, AZ

Pima County needed to create space for additional soccer fields on the grounds of Rillito Downs in Tucson, AZ, but that meant that they would need to find a way to house 288 displaced horses on the property.  WSLA was responsible for the layout of a phased plan to add the needed stalls along with hotwalkers, wash racks, muck storage, vehicular and horse walking circulation, a future Vet Building and coordination with utility consultants.
