Silver Lakes Equestrian Center | Helendale, CA

WSLA was the lead design consultant for this 15 acre equestrian facility inside of a Planned Unit Development with 3,700 residential lots in Silverlakes, California.

The project had been developed over a period of time without a master plan, creating a facility with less than ideal circulation and inefficient layout of arenas.  The solution was found in defining edges of traveled ways with themed tree planting, creating more defined parking areas and spaces and relocating corrals and arenas.  Functionality is improved along with improved aesthetics.
