Perry Farm | Bentonville, AR

This 64-acre horse and cattle farm was designed to provide the family with a place for their pleasure horses, cattle and future home. The home was sited at an elevation high enough to give them beautiful views of the land below but low enough to not destroy the top of the hill. The horse barn was carefully located to be out of view from the house, maintaining views from the house that are only of the natural landscape.

The driveway was carefully laid on the land to meander through existing trees and move around undulating hills. While driving along the driveway, one is directed to distant and close by views showing off the site’s natural beauty.
